Hims & Hers — Introducing Labs

Hims & Hers is on a mission to make healthcare more accessible, meeting people where they are with personalized care through a single app. Late in 2025, the company prepared to introduce Labs — a new diagnostic blood-testing service delivering biomarker results and personalized guidance directly to customers. It marked a significant expansion beyond the brand's established telehealth and wellness offerings, and it needed a launch to match.

Hims & Hers asked Ways & Means to create a keynote event for CEO Andrew Dudum, designed to introduce the offering to customers, shareholders, and the broader market. We assembled and led the creative team behind the event's visual system, presentation design, and filmed executive segments, directed by Tomas Leach.

We created the event's opening film, drawing on archival material to broaden the brand's invitation to prospective customers while extending its visual language. From there we developed a cohesive graphics package across the three executive presentations, along with motion graphics that made complex medical and technical information easier to follow. A newsroom-style :60 social film distilled the announcement into a fast-paced asset built for wider distribution.

Together, the work introduced Labs as a meaningful extension of Hims & Hers' mission to make healthcare more accessible.
